Michael is a nature photographer in the piney woods of East Texas. He is a lifelong naturalist, a former biologist with the University of Texas system, & Texas Master Naturalist who spends much of his time taking photos, leading birding trips, and offering photography workshops. While birds are his primary target, his photographs encompass a full range of natural subjects.
